Girl... YAS! to all of this! I had a similar train of thought recently. I was in a space for months where I couldn't have fun or play time as a professional. The last few weeks I have again and being able to play in the creative sandbox is critical. It's even a category on my time tracking software.
We may be adults, but we still need to play in the sandbox for fun and flex our creativity.
Just have fun! Let loose. Don't be so serious all the time. Your soul, business, and life will thank you.
